Far from the clamor of the more famous and therefore frequented places in the French, Swiss or Dolomite Alps lies a little paradise for us cyclists. The Aosta Valley is, as its name suggests, a long valley along the Dora River.

Cycling can be as easy, like skirting the river and enjoying the view of the many castles, or as challenging as climbing the Matterhorn (on the Italian side). But the Aosta Valley is also known for incredible dirt roads and some of the most famous bike parks such as La Thuile or Pila.

This region offers real gems for us cyclists, but also great hospitality and friendly people. Italy-Cycling has been active since 2020 with an office and a bike center with a selection of the best Canyon bikes. This is an opportunity to discover a new place that will fascinate you with its world-famous mountains.

Let's discover this mountain paradise

Check out the Valle d'Aosta destination page if you want to ride on an itinerary or get a more complete overview of cycling in Valle d'Aosta!

Gravel roads for everyone

Gravel rides across the alps

There's really a wide choice for gravel riding. Our staff have designed many amazing loops with different difficulty level, and they're most off road with very little asphalt, and therefore with little traffic involved.

You can choose a different loop every day of your stay.

From easy to very hard rides: that's your choice.
