Cycling in Tuscany is a must for an avid cyclist. The region presents an extraordinary variety of cycling environments: the famous hills of the wine region (have you ever heard of Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino?) but also the wonderful and challenging mountains, the incredible number of art cities or medieval villages that you can visit during your daily rides.

While riding on the roads of Tuscany you will soon discover that every photo or selfie you take will be like a postcard, such is the care of the landscape that belongs to Tuscan culture. And what about enjoying good food and wine after a long day of cycling? In the end enjoying good food and wine is enjoying life: that's why we cycle!

For these and many other reasons we invite you to ride in Tuscany, and to do so by relying on our services, which will make your stay even more memorable. Thanks to the variety of the Tuscan cycling environment, it is possible to travel to Tuscany as often as you like and have a completely different experience each time.

LET'S BEGIN WITH YOUR FIRST ONE!

Postcards from Lucca

Deep dive into the Middle Age

Bicycling outside and inside history
It is not often that one gets to cycle in and out of a city through the gates of a perfectly preserved 16th-century city wall: Lucca is one of the very few cities that has preserved intact its medieval town, enclosed within the walls.

Imagine the bike ride you wish. Then do it!

Tuscany is the region of gravel riding par excellence.
Lucca offers a varied cycling environment: it has some challenging mountains such as Monte Serra, but it is also close to the famous Versilia sea. It also offers the famous and typical ups and downs to the Siena area. And you can choose asphalt or gravel: the choice is yours.

Cycle among the vineyards

A quiet ride with the vineyards in the background

From Lucca, you can enjoy a relaxing journey through the vineyards of Tuscany, along medieval villages and incredibly well-kept surroundings. Tuscany is the region of Brunello, Chianti, Nobile di Montepulciano and many others. But grapes are not there to decorate the countryside, and you will have countless opportunities to taste the famous and fine wines of this region.
