We know that buying a new bike can be challenging, whether it is selecting the best model or the correct size. Especially if the purchase is on-line.

The Canyon Experience Partners are there for you. When you visit us, we will help to make the process easy. Our staff will help you utilize Canyon PPS to ensure you get the right size and afterwards you can test one or more models to ensure that you get the perfect bike for you.

If you decide to purchase your dream bike from Canyon, we can also help with that. We can walk you through the purchasing process at any of our locations and after that, you can choose to have the bike delivered directly to us so that we can assemble it for you.

It is our goal to make buying a Canyon as easy as possible.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR BIKE TEST

STEP 1:
Location check

Determine which models are available to test at each location. Visit the contact page for the contact details of each location.

STEP 2:
Get in touch

Get in touch with our staff to reserve your test ride and make sure the bike you'd like to try is available in the selected location.

STEP 3:
Reserve your bike test

Our staff will assist you in reserving a bike for a test. The bike test has a fixed price of €20 that covers bike clean-up and maintenance. The maximum test period is a half day.

STEP 4:
Come and ride

Come at the agreed day and time, our staff will help adjust the bike for you, so that you can enjoy your time out on the bike. Wherever you go to test one of our Canyon test bikes, our staff can also help you by suggesting a test route.

STEP 5:
Get your next Canyon free shipped
