Payments, both of deposit and balance, can be made in the following ways:

• Via wire transfer to the account details that will be sent to you.
• With credit card.
• With Paypal after a request for payment that will be sent to you.

Changes in the Itinerary

Due to circumstances beyond our control, Italy-Cycling reserves the right to make partial changes in the stated itinerary. Changes, if necessary, won't change the level of service and will be made according to the inspirational principles of the original route.

Cancellations and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel any trip, for any reason, at any time prior to departure. In this case, refund of any payments received constitutes full settlement. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing as soon as possible to Italy-Cycling. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for unexpectedly leaving a trip early or arriving late.

We apply the following cancellation fees:

In case of cancellation without the right of total or partial reimbursement, you may apply 50% of payment to a future trip departing within one calendar year after the cancellation date.
